Delivery/tracking

All orders will be posted via tracked delivery, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Returns

Refunds are not accepted as all work is custom. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me

Shipping

All orders have free delivery within the UK.

International shipping is not included.

If you are claiming a voucher that requires international shipping, please purchase the delivery only product and select your delivery location

I don't have a good quality photo

Please see the Photo Guidance page for tips of pictures, If you feel you don't have suitable photos, please contact me before ordering so I can see if I can help.

Do you paint other animals?

Yes, I can paint all sorts of animals!

Digital mockups

Are included for all sizes except for the Mini A6. a digital image is created using your pictures to give you an idea of how the portrait will look and provide an opportunity to make any changes

Packaging

All sizes except for the Mini A6 will be presented in a gift box.

The A6 mini's are packaged in protective sleeve and cardboard backing.

How do I send photos?

After placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your pet. Your reply will go to lunaandback3@gmail.com
